The residential component of the building is made up of 237 apartments and a podium car park containing 157 spaces. The building tower wraps around a central atrium courtyard area comprises a swimming pool, BBQ area, poolside cabanas and contemplative garden. Five link bridges span the central atrium, connecting each end of every second level of the tower.
